Sean Kouplen is the Chairman & CEO of Regent Bank in Tulsa, OK. Kouplen has held numerous local leadership positions including Chairman of the OSU-Tulsa Board of Trustees, Chairman of Onefire Holding Company, Eastern OK Donated Dental Services, Tulsa Metro Chamber Small Business Council, OK Bankers Association and Young President's Organization. Kouplen also served as the youngest president of the Oklahoma State University National Alumni Association, representing over 180,000 alumni worldwide. Kouplen is a successful author. He has written three books including Twelve Life Lessons Every Graduate Should Know, The Priority Promise, a popular life management book for leaders, and his latest best-seller called The Abundance Mentality. Kouplen is a sought-after speaker and teacher. Kouplen speaks to a wide variety of student and professional groups throughout the country about the importance of focus and passion in our lives. He is also the proud co-founder of Southpoint Church and a growing non-profit organization named Bixby Community Outreach Center, which provides temporary assistance to the underprivileged in his community. Kouplen holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Oklahoma State. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing golf and spending time with his wife Angela and their children Emory, Kennedy and Finley.
