Anne McCoy is a seasoned nonprofit leader, strategist, and passionate advocate for organizational excellence. As the founder of Above & Beyond Nonprofit Consulting, she partners with faith-based and mission-driven organizations to strengthen their leadership, clarify their vision, and build sustainable strategies for long-term impact.
Anne brings decades of hands-on experience to her work, including serving on the Jenks Public School Board in all positions including President, and Executive Director of a nationally recognized developmental center for children with special needs. Her leadership has consistently resulted in expanded services, stronger teams, and vibrant cultures of continuous improvement.
Known for her warmth, insight, deep love of learning and team, Anne equips nonprofit leaders to rise above challenges and lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Whether facilitating board development, guiding strategic planning, or mentoring executive directors, she is committed to helping ministries and organizations flourish in their God- given mission.
Anne has been a Christ-follower since a child. She and her husband, Jerry, have been married for 43 years and are blessed with four wonderful adult children and five delightful granddaughters.
